Description:
Join us on the 3rd Thursday of every month from 6:30 pm – 7:15 pm at Liberty Tree Park for a relaxing Sunset Sound Bath class.
Join us on a journey inward as the instructor uses crystal sound bowls and sacred instruments to draw you into a meditative state that will leave you feeling relaxed and centered after the practice.
Just sit back or lay down, close your eyes and settle into the breath you listen to the sounds and rest.
Please bring a yoga mat, any blankets or pillows for head or lower back support, water.
