Alyssa Grimes, former NSU University School softball player will compete with her collegiate team for the NCAA D2 Softball Championship

Former NSU University School player and current Lander Bearcats, Alyssa Grimes, will compete in the NCAA D2 Softball Championship Tournament.

They begin the tournament as a number five seed against the fourth seeded Lenoir-Rhyne Bears.

The first game is on Thursday, May 9.
