In observance of the upcoming holidays, the Town of Davie municipal offices will be closed on Dec. 23, Dec. 26, Dec. 30, 2022, and Jan. 2, 2023. 

Please note the following Parks, Recreation and Cultural Arts facility closures and modified hours below. Programmed sports activities will not be performed throughout these dates. 

Christmas Holiday Hours

Friday, Dec. 23, 2022:

• Pine Island Fitness Center will be open from 5 a.m. to 9 p.m.
• Pine Island Aquatic Center pool will be open from 5 a.m. to 8 p.m.
• Pine Island Multipurpose Center will only be opened for the after school care program from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m.
• All Town of Davie parks and amenities are open for use from 9 a.m. to sunset except for: 

• Driftwood, Shenandoah, Waterford and Waverly parks are open from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily. 
• Pine Island Park (Bamford Sports Complex) is open from 9 a.m. to 10:30 p.m.

Saturday, Dec. 24, 2022: 

• Pine Island Fitness Center will be opened from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. 
• Pine Island Aquatic Center will be opened from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.
• Pine Island Multipurpose Center is closed. 
• All Town of Davie parks and amenities are open for use from 9 a.m. to sunset.

Sunday, Dec. 25, 2022:

• Pine Island Fitness Center is closed.
• Pine Island Aquatic Center is closed.  
• Pine Island Multipurpose Center is closed. 
• All Town of Davie parks and amenities are open for use from 9 a.m. to sunset.

Monday, Dec. 26, 2022:

• Pine Island Fitness Center will be open from 5 a.m. to 9 p.m.
• Pine Island Aquatic Center will be open from 5 a.m. to 8 p.m. 
• Pine Island Multipurpose Center is closed. 
• All Town of Davie parks and amenities are open for use from 9 a.m. to sunset except for: 

• Driftwood, Shenandoah, Waterford and Waverly parks are open from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily. 
• Pine Island Park (Bamford Sports Complex) is open from 9 a.m. to 10:30 p.m.

Municipal offices will resume regular operations on Tuesday, Dec. 27, 2022. 

New Year’s Holiday Hours

Friday, Dec. 30, 2022: 

• Pine Island Fitness Center will be open from 5 a.m. to 9 p.m.
• Pine Island Aquatic Center will be open from 5 a.m. to 8 p.m. 
• Pine Island Multipurpose Center will be open from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.
• All Town of Davie parks and amenities are open for use from 9 a.m. to sunset except for: 

• Driftwood, Shenandoah, Waterford and Waverly parks are open from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily. 
• Pine Island Park (Bamford Sports Complex) is open from 9 a.m. to 10:30 p.m.

Saturday, Dec. 31, 2022: 

• Pine Island Fitness Center will be open from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. 
• Pine Island Aquatic Center will be open from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. 
• Pine Island Multipurpose Center is closed. 
• All Town of Davie parks and amenities are open for use from 9 a.m. to sunset.

Sunday, Jan.1, 2023:

• Pine Island Fitness Center is closed.
• Pine Island Aquatic Center is closed. 
• Pine Island Multipurpose Center is closed. 
• All Town of Davie parks and amenities are open for use from 9 a.m. to sunset.

Monday, Jan. 2, 2023: 

• Pine Island Fitness Center will be open from 5 a.m. to 9 p.m.
• Pine Island Aquatic Center will be open from 5 a.m. to 8 p.m.
• Pine Island Multipurpose Center is closed. 
• All Town of Davie parks and amenities are open for use from 9 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. 

Municipal offices will resume regular operations on Tuesday, Jan. 3, 2023.  

Solid Waste Service Updates

All Town of Davie solid waste services, including curbside garbage collection and bulk pickup, will not be affected during the mentioned holidays. All curbside and bulk pickup services will continue as scheduled. As a reminder, all solid waste collection occurs between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m.
