Where to Find Information on Elections and Voting
New Redistricting Maps, Precincts in Effect
Florida’s primary elections will be held on August 23, 2022. Early voting for this election begins on August 13. If you are registered to vote in Broward County, you should have already received your new voter registration card from the Broward Supervisor of Elections Office. Your new card reflects the changes resulting from the redistricting process following the 2020 Census.
Your precinct number and district numbers for the representatives that you elect at the local, state and federal level may have changed. Your polling location may have also changed. Be election ready this season. Consult your Voter Registration Card or visit the Broward Supervisor of Elections Office online at BrowardVotes.gov.

Voting By Mail
New changes in the law require that IDs be provided before one can sign up to vote by mail.
New Florida voters were already required to provide their driver's license number or last four of their Social Security number when registering, since 2006. For many years, anyone who registered before 2006 was grandfathered in and not required to provide this information but not anymore. IF YOU HAVE NOT UPDATED THIS INFORMATION ON FILE YOU NEED TOO. You can still vote in-person however.
This year, requesting a mail-in ballot will require you to provide your driver's license number and last four numbers of your social security number.
