How did home prices perform in Lauderhill during Q2?

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2022 in Lauderhill rose by $25,000 while total sales increased by 17.8 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June, there were 569 homes sold, with a median sale price of $143,000 - a 21.2 percent increase over the $118,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 483 homes sold in Lauderhill in the second quarter of 2021.

The median sales tax in Lauderhill for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $1,620, approximately 1.1 percent of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2022.
