Sunrise home prices unchanged in Q2

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2022 in Sunrise was unchanged while total sales decreased by 2.2 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June, there were 654 homes sold, with a median sale price of $250,000. There were 669 homes sold in Sunrise in the second quarter of 2021, and the median sales price for the period was also $250,000.

The median sales tax in Sunrise for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $1,813, approximately 0.7 percent of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2022.
