Q2: Oakland Park experienced a 30.3% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2022 in Oakland Park rose by $77,000 while total sales decreased by two percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June, there were 388 homes sold, with a median sale price of $331,500 - a 30.3 percent increase over the $254,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 396 homes sold in Oakland Park in the second quarter of 2021.

The median sales tax in Oakland Park for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $2,081, approximately 0.6 percent of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2022.
