Median home prices in Plantation rose to $410,000 in Q2

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2022 in Plantation rose by $60,000 while total sales decreased by 14.6 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June, there were 498 homes sold, with a median sale price of $410,000 - a 17.1 percent increase over the $350,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 583 homes sold in Plantation in the second quarter of 2021.

The median sales tax in Plantation for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $2,956, approximately 0.7 percent of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2022.
