Lauderdale-by-the-Sea home prices rose in Q2

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2022 in Lauderdale-by-the-Sea rose by $30,000 while total sales decreased by 31.1 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June, there were 111 homes sold, with a median sale price of $575,000 - a 5.5 percent increase over the $545,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 161 homes sold in Lauderdale-by-the-Sea in the second quarter of 2021.

The median sales tax in Lauderdale-by-the-Sea for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $5,183, approximately 0.9 percent of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2022.
