Pricing for the median home in Oakland Park increased during May

The median sale price of a home sold in May in Oakland Park rose by $99,000 while total sales decreased by 9.3 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May, there were 117 homes sold, with a median sale price of $339,000 - a 41.3 percent increase over the $240,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 129 homes sold in Oakland Park in May 2021.

The median sales tax in Oakland Park for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $2,081, approximately 0.6 percent of the median home sale price for May.
