Lauderhill home prices rose in April

The median sale price of a home sold in April in Lauderhill rose by $32,600 while total sales increased by 32.1 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April, there were 218 homes sold, with a median sale price of $137,500 - a 31.1 percent increase over the $104,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 165 homes sold in Lauderhill in April 2021.

The median sales tax in Lauderhill for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $1,620, approximately 1.2 percent of the median home sale price for April.
