April: Fort Lauderdale (unincorporated) experienced a 21.5% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in April in Fort Lauderdale (unincorporated) rose by $54,500 while total sales remained unchanged with 18 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April, there were 18 homes sold, with a median sale price of $308,500 - a 21.5 percent increase over the $254,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 18 homes sold in Fort Lauderdale (unincorporated) in April 2021, as well.

The median sales tax in Fort Lauderdale (unincorporated) for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $1,663, approximately 0.5 percent of the median home sale price for April.
