Home prices increased in Oakland Park during April

The median sale price of a home sold in April in Oakland Park rose by $94,900 while total sales increased by 8.7 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April, there were 137 homes sold, with a median sale price of $340,400 - a 38.7 percent increase over the $245,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 126 homes sold in Oakland Park in April 2021.
