Median home prices in Plantation rose to $370,000 in April

The median sale price of a home sold in April in Plantation rose by $40,000 while total sales decreased by 6.5 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April, there were 187 homes sold, with a median sale price of $370,000 - a 12.1 percent increase over the $330,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 200 homes sold in Plantation in April 2021.

The median sales tax in Plantation for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $2,956, approximately 0.8 percent of the median home sale price for April.
