On Feb. 28, Alex Doerffler and Veronica Poses sold their three bedroom, two bathroom home at 2711 N.E. 57th Court, Fort Lauderdale to Joseph and Elvira Degaetani for $1,350,000.

This home last sold for $740,000 on Dec. 23, 2014.

So far in February 2022, 531 properties sold in Fort Lauderdale.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, there were five registered voters residing at 2711 N.E. 57th Court as of Oct. 10, 2020: Debra Ellen Shalek, 59, Jeffrey B. Shalek, 60, Adam Bennett Shalek, 29, Jamie Blair Shalek, 27, and Alexander Tobias Doerffler, 51.
