The three bedroom, two bathroom home at 1954 S.W. 29th Ave., Fort Lauderdale was sold on Feb. 28 by Heriberto and Zaira Padilla for $392,500. The buyers were Catherine Minely Acosta and Dilenia Elizabeth Ramirez.

The last time this home sold was July 23, 2020. It last sold for $315,000.

So far in February 2022, 531 properties sold in Fort Lauderdale.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Mary Ellen Alldredge, 86, was the only registered voter residing at 1954 S.W. 29th Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020.
