On Feb. 28, Paul A. Jeffrey A. and Jay E. Brown Jeffrey A., Lenore L. Brown (revocable trust) and Lenore Lillian Brown (trust) sold their two bedroom, two bathroom home at 7715 Southampton Terrace 401, Tamarac to Barrington and Beverly Douglas for $290,000.

This home last sold for $159,990 on Nov. 2, 1999.
