On Feb. 28, Williams Walter Oliva Torres and Lisbeth Arely Trinidad purchased a two bedroom, one bathroom home at 3431 Charleston Blvd., Fort Lauderdale from Harold Mario Atehortua and Monica Quintana for $440,000.

This home last sold on Oct. 29, 2021 for $310,000.

So far in February 2022, 531 properties sold in Fort Lauderdale.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, there were three registered voters residing at 3431 Charleston Blvd. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Jean E. Bessent, 97, Jean E. Cardova, 76, and Joy V. Cardova, 42.
