The three bedroom, two bathroom home at 1610 Sweetgum Terrace, Weston was sold on Feb. 28 by Alfredo M Cubillos Ospina, Mayerling E S Capielo and Mayerling E Capielo Sabino for $645,000. The buyers were Denis Aleksandrovich Solskiy and Anna V. Gritskevich.

This home last sold for $456,000 on June 25, 2021.

So far in February 2022, 89 properties sold in Weston.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Jacob Frankel, 94, was the only registered voter residing at 1610 Sweetgum Terrace as of Oct. 10, 2020.
