The last time this home sold was Nov. 12, 2021. It last sold for $240,000.

So far in February 2022, 183 properties sold in Tamarac.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Eileen Theresa Harmon, 88, was the only registered voter residing at 5704 N.W. 81st Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020.
