On Feb. 28, Vlad Muscalu-Ban purchased a two bedroom, two bathroom home at 1721 Whitehall Drive 202, Davie from Adam and Arlene Goldstein and Irwin Goldstein (living trust) for $125,000.

This home last sold for $110,000 on May 6, 2009.

So far in February 2022, 136 properties sold in Davie.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Irwin Stanley Goldstein has been registered to vote since 2007. Arlene J. Goldstein has been registered to vote since 2007.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
