On Feb. 28, Concepcion and Dora Orellana and Israel Valencia sold their two bedroom, two bathroom home at 5715 Coco Palm Drive, Tamarac to Darwin Martin Jordan and Monica Saucedo Phillips for $544,000.

The last time this home sold was Oct. 19, 2018. It last sold for $320,000.

So far in February 2022, 183 properties sold in Tamarac.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Israel A. Valencia has been registered to vote since 2002. Concepcion Orellana has been registered to vote since 2004.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were five registered voters residing at 5715 Coco Palm Drive as of Oct. 10, 2020: Fanny Safer, 108, Cecilia V. Valencia, 52, Israel A. Valencia, 55, Concepcion Orellana, 74, and Cristina Pricilla Valencia, 24.
