On Feb. 28, Rosemarie Lelieth and Lloyd Baker purchased a home at 5213 N.W. 65th Ave., Lauderhill from Indrapaul and Sian Naipatt for $585,000.

This home last sold on May 12, 2003 for $267,000.

So far in February 2022, 139 properties sold in Lauderhill.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Indrapaul Naipatt has been registered to vote since 2006. Sian Maseema Naipatt has been registered to vote since 2012.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
