This home last sold for $215,000 on Jan. 12, 2018.

So far in February 2022, 136 properties sold in Davie.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Christina Gladys Harris (48) has been registered to vote since 2018.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
