This home last sold on Nov. 12, 2020 for $515,000.

So far in February 2022, 489 properties sold in Fort Lauderdale.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Sean R. Zamora, 39, was the only registered voter residing at 1004 S.W. 19th St. as of Oct. 10, 2020.
