This home last sold for $150,000 on Dec. 2, 2015.

So far in February 2022, 123 properties sold in Plantation.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Teresa Durante has been registered to vote since 2002. Walter Ariel Durante has been registered to vote since 2002.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
