The last time this home sold was April 26, 2005. It last sold for $165,000.

So far in February 2022, 87 properties sold in Oakland Park.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Stephen Kent Grubb has been registered to vote since 2001. Matthew David Higgins has been registered to vote since 2015.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were three registered voters residing at 113 Lake Emerald Drive 301 as of Oct. 10, 2020: Stephen Kent Grubb, 58, Mark William Hancock, 58, and Matthew David Higgins, 38.
