On Feb. 25, Jared and Kristen Utterback purchased a two bedroom, one bathroom home at 1212 Citrus Isle, Fort Lauderdale from Steven C Jerome for $755,000.

This home last sold for $500,000 on Nov. 20, 2006.

So far in February 2022, 489 properties sold in Fort Lauderdale.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Steven Charles Jerome (61) has been registered to vote since 2007.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
