This home last sold on June 29, 2021 for $428,000.

So far in February 2022, 489 properties sold in Fort Lauderdale.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Caren A. Pollaccia, 67, was the only registered voter residing at 4280 Galt Ocean Drive 18D as of Oct. 10, 2020.
