On Jan. 31, Haytham Bitar (revocable trust) sold their two bedroom, two bathroom home at 260 Hibiscus Ave., Lauderdale-By-the-Sea to Gary M Cooper for $950,000.

So far in January 2022, 30 properties sold in Lauderdale-by-the-Sea.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Haytham Bitar (63) has been registered to vote since 1994.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
