This home last sold for $40,000 on Aug. 19, 2004.

So far in January 2022, 184 properties sold in Sunrise.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Leticia Marin, 93, was the only registered voter residing at 8345 Sunrise Lakes Blvd. 205 as of Oct. 10, 2020.
