On Jan. 31, Jairo and Maria F. Montilla and Mariella Amparo Montilla Baez sold their four bedroom, two bathroom home at 3113 N.W. 109th Ave., Sunrise to Christopher R. and Kelly Jo Greene for $520,000.

This home last sold for $355,000 on May 2, 2018.

So far in January 2022, 184 properties sold in Sunrise.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Jairo Montilla (72) has been registered to vote since 2016.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
