On Jan. 31, Sunita Daneshwar sold their three bedroom, two bathroom home at 5320 S.W. Sixth St., Plantation to Joseph and Lourdes Sanches for $550,000.

This home last sold for $165,000 on Aug. 31, 2001.

So far in January 2022, 173 properties sold in Plantation.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, there were two registered voters residing at 5320 S.W. Sixth St. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Christina Lee Brigida, 34, and Daniel Evan Gonchar, 34.
