On Jan. 31, Rita Banner and Rita Oramas sold their four bedroom, three bathroom home at 5140 Hawkes Bluff Ave., Davie to Patrick and Violet Fernandes for $777,777.

So far in January 2022, 142 properties sold in Davie.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Rita Mae Banner has been registered to vote since 2003.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 5140 Hawkes Bluff Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Ashley Larissa Oramas, 34, and Rita Mae Banner, 71.
