This home last sold on Sept. 9, 2016 for $30,000.

So far in January 2022, 131 properties sold in Lauderhill.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Gislaine MacHado Dasilva, 46, was the only registered voter residing at 3411 Pear Tree Circle 100 as of Oct. 10, 2020.
