On Jan. 28, Brixton Albert purchased a three bedroom, three bathroom home at 212 S. Gordon Road, Fort Lauderdale from Ronald and Vicki Hink for $4,458,005.

The last time this home sold was Dec. 7, 2006. It last sold for $1,260,000.

So far in January 2022, 464 properties sold in Fort Lauderdale.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Vicki L. Hink has been registered to vote since 1995. Ronald R. Hink has been registered to vote since 1995.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were three registered voters residing at 212 S. Gordon Road as of Oct. 10, 2020: Kristin Elaine Jaggard, 37, Vicki L. Hink, 65, and Ronald R. Hink, 66.
