Town of Davie recently issued the following announcement.
Hard copies will be available for pick-up on Monday, Jan. 24, 2022
The Town of Davie Community Services Division will begin accepting applications for the First Time Homebuyer Program and Home Repair Program starting Feb. 23 through March 9, 2022, or until funds are expended. Programs are only available to Davie homeowners and individuals seeking a home located in Davie, Florida.
Hard copy applications can be picked up at the Community Services Division office at 4700 SW 64th Ave., Suite D beginning Monday, Jan. 24, 2022. Digital applications are also available online at www.davie-fl.gov/CommunityServices.
Completed applications must be dropped off via the locked drop-box located at the Community Services Division office from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. Applications will not be accepted after hours or on weekends.
Please note that funding is limited and awards will be given on a first come, first served basis. First priority will be given to very-low, low-income households and special needs households.
First Time Homebuyer Program (FTHB)
The town’s FTHB Program will award a maximum of $50,000 towards the closing costs, first mortgage reduction, and/or down payment assistance for the purchase of eligible owner-occupied housing in Davie.

Home Repair Program
The town’s Home Repair Program provides home repair assistance for Davie households in owner occupied housing units with a maximum award amount of $60,000.
