City of Fort Lauderdale recently issued the following announcement.
Due to increased COVID-19-related staff shortages, the City’s trash and yard waste collection vendor (Republic Services) is experiencing delays on a few Fort Lauderdale routes. Carts that are not serviced on their scheduled service day will be serviced the following business day. Recycling and bulk services are not being impacted at this time.
