The three bedroom, two bathroom home at 491 S.W. 55th Ave., Plantation was sold on Dec. 30 by Cynthia L Legato for $440,000. The buyers were Timothy Michael and Kelli Danielle Rizza.

So far in December 2021, 198 properties sold in Plantation.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Cynthia L. Legato (69) has been registered to vote since 2011.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
