This home last sold on May 31, 2013 for $142,500.

So far in November 2021, 173 properties sold in Plantation.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Mary Patricia Abbate (75) has been registered to vote since 2013.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
