On Nov. 30, Brian Schueler and Yuwen Lai purchased a three bedroom, two bathroom home at 9366 Chelsea Drive, Plantation from Byron Clarke and Marie Gerta Osuna for $410,000.

The last time this home sold was May 1, 2018. It last sold for $265,000.

So far in November 2021, 173 properties sold in Plantation.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Marie Gerta Osuna has been registered to vote since 2007. Byron Lee Clarke has been registered to vote since 2015.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were three registered voters residing at 9366 Chelsea Drive as of Oct. 10, 2020: George Ginden, 97, Marie Gerta Osuna, 55, and Byron Lee Clarke, 50.
