On Nov. 30, Gianfranco and Enrica Iannelli and Celeste Milella sold their two bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home at 2805 N.E. 60th St., Fort Lauderdale to Wanderley De Britto Junior for $414,500.

This home last sold for $310,000 on Aug. 8, 2006.

So far in November 2021, 560 properties sold in Fort Lauderdale.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Celeste Maria Milella has been registered to vote since 2012. Gianfranco Iannelli has been registered to vote since 2012.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were four registered voters residing at 2805 N.E. 60th St. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Celeste Maria Milella, 76, Gianfranco Iannelli, 80, John David Karnitz, 44, and Amanda D. Shawver-Karnitz, 43.
