This home last sold on Dec. 17, 2012 for $94,000.

So far in November 2021, 560 properties sold in Fort Lauderdale.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Kelly Shawn Dixon, 52, was the only registered voter residing at 1517 N.W. 12th Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020.
