This home last sold for $211,300 on May 6, 2021.

So far in November 2021, 201 properties sold in Tamarac.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, there were three registered voters residing at 6608 N.W. 70th St. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Adell Clayton, 86, Kenneth Edward, 69, and James Newton Wintle, 87.
