The last time this home sold was June 13, 2013. It last sold for $120,000.

So far in November 2021, 560 properties sold in Fort Lauderdale.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Ashley Rennels Teas has been registered to vote since 2004.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were four registered voters residing at 1516 N.W. Third Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Cheyenne Michelle Niece, 28, Ashley Rennels Teas, 70, Anthony Hernandez, 30, and Dexter Jonathan Desha McDaniel, 29.
