On Nov. 29, Jimmy Rivera and Gamaliel Arturo Diaz purchased a three bedroom, two bathroom home at 8331 N.W. 44th Court, Lauderhill from Joshua Michael Hertel and Kathryn Joan Hertel-Farrell for $370,000.

The last time this home sold was Nov. 8, 2007. It last sold for $265,000.

So far in November 2021, 153 properties sold in Lauderhill.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Kathryn Joan Hertel-Farrell has been registered to vote since 2004. Joshua Michael Hertel-Farrell has been registered to vote since 2017.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
