On Nov. 29, Viriato Segura and Altagracia Josefina Perez sold their five bedroom, 4.5 bathroom home at 11825 N.W. Sixth Court, Plantation to Vianka Perez and James Pena for $1,240,000.

This home last sold on Dec. 23, 2020 for $830,000.

So far in November 2021, 172 properties sold in Plantation.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, there were three registered voters residing at 11825 N.W. Sixth Court as of Oct. 10, 2020: Jennifer Erzsebet Chung, 52, Craig Anthony Rumore, 51, and Glorimerc D. Crespo, 46.
