On Nov. 29, Joseph and Ellen Teresi sold their home at 2400 Laguna Drive, Fort Lauderdale to Arrowhead Hillcountry Investments LLC for $17,500,000.

So far in November 2021, 535 properties sold in Fort Lauderdale.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Joseph Teresi has been registered to vote since 1994. Ellen Meagher Teresi has been registered to vote since 1999.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were four registered voters residing at 2400 Laguna Drive as of Oct. 10, 2020: Joseph Teresi, 80, Ellen Meagher Teresi, 66, Lauri M. Gill, 66, and Zvezdana Savic, 34.
