The campaign committee of Republican Party candidate Carla A. Spalding, Carla Spalding for Congress, refunded $939 to Micheal A. Morgan on April 19, according to the Federal Election Commission (FEC).

FEC data shows the refunded expenditure was for: "Contribution refund to an individual, partnership or limited liability company."

Carla Spalding for Congress has refunded $939 total since Nov. 1, 2020.
