This home last sold on Oct. 2, 2017 for $960,000.

So far in October 2021, 156 properties sold in Davie.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Lawrence J. Hymes has been registered to vote since 2000. Samantha Senne Hymes has been registered to vote since 2005.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
